On February 10, 2026, during an announced QRIS visit, the Licensing Consultant observed the adult children ratio to be 2:13 children ages 1 - 5 years old. On this day the the provider was providing service for 13 children, which placed her over capacity, due to her not having any school-age children.

During an unannounced visit to measure the facility on June 25, 2024, the Licensing Consultant observed the ratio to be 1:12. Five of the children were 3 years old, three were 2 years old, and three were 17 months, 22 months, and 23 months old. Due to the ages of the children, the primary educator needed another educator present. Before the visit ended, another educator arrived to the facility to bring the ratio into compliance.
