During the announced visit on June 24, 2025, Licensing Consultant (LC) observed an employee working who was in the portal. However, the employee was closed out in Bac Trak due to the employer never adding a start date in the portal. Licensing Consultant (LC) requested that the employee submit another background check. The employee has since then been terminated.

LC was unable to identify parental involvement and helath & Safety indicators in the lesson plan. LC went over the requirements of the lesson plan with the director as TA.

LC reffered the director to the grouping chart in order that she as well as the educators understand the grouping chart of all ages. 2. LC suggested that children of appropriate groups should not be in a high chairs, but chairs of proper size, and only to be restrained during meal time and /or as needed.
