During an unannounced visit to the agency on 2/7/25 to investigate a complaint regarding a 3 year old child being pushed onto a mat by an educator in the 3-4 year old classroom, the licensing consultant observed video footage showing the incident as it occurred and the educator pushing the child.

Hotdogs, if served to preschool children, shall be finely chopped or quartered lengthwise because they swell if trapped in a child’s throat. Observation: During assessment, it was observed where peaches were not sliced small enough for chewing abilities. This occurred in 2 pre-school classrooms
