1240-04-01-.11 SUPERVISION. (6) Safe Sleep Supervision Procedures. During the agency's yearly assessment An infant fell asleep in his crib at 8:35 AM. He was checked by touch at 8:47 AM; however, he was not checked by touch again until 9:09 AM. At 9:29 AM, the assessor intervened, prompting the educator to check the infant by touch.
