The class was out of ratio and over the maximum group size. 1240-04-01-.22 SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR CHILD CARE CENTERS. Corrective Action: The violation was corrected in the classroom and technical assistance was provided explaining the importance of staying in compliance with ratio. CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: No children will use the restroom and the toilets will be repaired in the near future. However, until then out of order signs will be placed on the bathrooms doors and the restrooms will be locked until repairs are made.
