During and unannounced/compliant visit, CCPE observed 18 children present with four educators. 1240-04-01-.20 SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR FAMILY CHILD CARE HOMES. Plan of Corrective Action: The owner/Primary educator returned the POCCA. . The corrective plan included the agency reduced the capacity to 12, with five related children. The parents were notified via text and letters. The owner also stated the appropriate rules were discussed with the parents and staff. The owner will also ensure the amount of children present , not exceed the licensing amount.
