Observation: I observed a sleeping infant who was neither listed on the classroom roll nor did the child have an activity sheet. 1240-04-01-.08 Record Keeping POCA: Kids Academy staff will complete daily activity sheets for infants that will include time of feeding, any incidence of excessive spitting up, toileting, diaper changes, sleep patterns, and developmental progress. Our agency corrected the violations and will adhere to all the rules and regulations.
