During an unannounced complaint investigation visit made on April 28, 2026, the Licensing Consultant was provided information that one of the educators had been terminated due to her admitting she tapped a child and left hand prints on the child's leg. The director immediately fired the lady and sought training through CCR&R for the entire agency to remind and show them other ways of disciplining the children.
