Summary of QRIS Monitoring Visit and unannounced Complaint #PCS1003805 Investigation The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations, scoring of the QRIS and complaint investigation. Technical Assistance Provided: 1. LC provided technical assistance by reminding staff to complete all required annual training hours before QRIS annual deadline of 9-30-2023. LC advised Director to contact the Provider Help Desk at 833-834-7227 for trainings not showing in TNPAL. First Aid/CPR training completed 7-10-2023 with new staff and entered via TrainTN portal is not reflected in staff TNPAL files. 2. LC provided technical assistance by advising the Director to maintain safety protocols to prevent the spread of Covid, RSV and the Flu. If any violations were received, details can be observed in the compliance details section of the provider visit along with corresponding corrective action plans.
