1240-04-03-.06 SUPERVISION Observation: The teacher intentionally left two (2) pre-school children and two (2) school-age children in the classroom alone. Corrective Action: The agency will reinforce the child care licensing rules concerning supervision with the staff to ensure they understand their responsibility. All of the staff will attend on-site training that includes child care supervision within two weeks.
