Summary of Complaint Investigation Visit The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations and complaint monitoring. If any violations were received, details can be observed in the compliance details section of the visit along with corresponding corrective action plans. As a result of licensing consultant (LC) viewing the sign in and out sheets for the last two weeks (provided to LC and Child Care Staff), LC conducted an unannounced complaint visit on January 17, 2025. While reviewing the logs provided by the provider, LC discovered that the provider has kept children over the capacity on three days, for at least 1 hour. The provider reported that this is due to some late pick ups and early drop-offs. The provider was operating beyond the licensing capacity of 7 children on those days.
