During an unannounced visit on 08/06/2025, children were observed sitting in high chairs watching Mickey Mouse.

Summary of Complaint Investigation Visit The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations and complaint investigation. If any violations were received, details can be observed in the compliance details section of the visit along with corresponding corrective action plans. During an announced visit with CCR&R (licensing partner), toddlers were served corndogs that were off of the stick and cut into fours, however they were not cut or diced into smaller pieces for that age group. One of the toddlers sleeping in a playpen had a pacifier clipped to his shirt. Two of toddlers had sippy cups in their cribs. During an unannounced visit conducted by Licensing Consultant Angela Thacker, the toddler class and the pre-k classes were observed eating lunch without milk and it was not served to the children until after they ate. During an announced visit on 03/14/2024 conducted by CCR&R (Licensing partner), toddlers were observed watching TV during mealtime. During an unannounced visit on 03/18/2024 by Licensing Consultant, Angela Thacker observed the large TV screen in the auditorium on while the children ate lunch. Children were left unattended while sleeping. During the visit conducted on 03/14/2024, the ratio in the auditorium when children ate lunch was 1:17 (ages 1-12 years old). During the visit conducted 03/18/2024, the toddler room was out of ratio 1:7. During an announced visit with CCR&R (licensing partner)on 03/14/2024, three children were observed eating at a table unsupervised. Also, during lunch time in the large auditorium, there were a mixed age group of children ranging from 1-12 years old. The educator was observed standing in the middle of the tables with her back to the toddlers who were eating.
