Summary of Monitoring Visit The visit conducted today was to investigate a complaint. Technical Assistance Provided: 1.LC advised staff that although parents are not entering the agency due to ongoing health and safety procedures put in place during COVID and the information is provided via the agency's electronic parent communication program (Brightwheel), copies of the menu, lesson plans, complaint phone number and DCS phone number should be in a visible area for parent. 2.LC and provider discussed various rules to include the suspension policy and questions were answered. No Violations were received
