It was observed that there was one educator with 22 children during nap in a mixed age group of 2 & 3 year olds, 3, 4 & 5 year olds and school agers. Although the ratio in this age group was met during nap as the ratio can be reduced by 50% during naptime, it was not met prior to nap.
