The children were outside playing on the playground when one of the children kicked/ threw a ball and hit eductaor Nkoumitcha Tassa in the face. Educator grabbed the child by the shoulder or hand and asked the child why did he do that. Incident occurred on January 28, 2025 and DHS was notified February 7, 2025.
