An unannounced visit was made today, May 18, 2026, to investigate a complaint alleging fleas in the building. The Pre-K staff stated they were removed from their classrooms and were placed in the school-age room classes because there was water in their classes due to some kind of machine being used to help dry the classrooms from previous rain in the room. However, after being in the school-age room, they had to leave that class and go back to their regular classes because they thought they saw fleas.
