Observation: On January 22, 2018, while arriving to conduct an unannounced visit, Program Evaluator Tracee Garner observed a female staff member outside the building. PE Garner further verified with Owner/director, that a teacher briefly stepped outside the agency, leaving another teacher supervising two classrooms for approximately one (1) minute. One teacher supervised two classrooms by standing between the 2 to 4 year old room with six (6) children and the 3 to 5 year old room with eight (8) children. Upon PE Garner’s arrival inside the agency, the violation had been corrected and each teacher was in their assigned classroom. 1240-04-03-.06 SUPERVISION.
