Observation: While monitoring the two year old classroom and the three to five year old classroom the temperature registered as sixty five degrees and sixty six degrees. Licensing rules require the temperature to be between sixty eight and seventy eight degrees. 1240-04-03-.12 PHYSICAL FACILITIES. Corrective Action: The violation was corrected on site. Ms. Sangster increased the thermostat in each room. The temperature was sixty eight degrees in both rooms prior to the Pe's departure.
