As required by licensing, the ratio for ages 5-12 years old is 1:20 and the classroom was over capacity. 1240-04-01-.22 Specific Requirements for Child Care Centers Corrective Action: Provider stated that Area Coordinators, Program Specialists, and Floating Directors are working sites. Operations Director and Executive Director will assist by working at sites when in Rutherford county due to staffing issues.
