OBSERVATION: When program evaluator arrived at the agency the adult/child ratios were 4:93 which 13 children were over ratio. Adult/child ratio for school agers is 1:20 1240-04-01-.22 Specific Requirements for Child Care Corrective Action: Leadership will continue to monitor site enrollment numbers daily and have upper management go to sites when needed.
