A child was asleep in a seat when LC walked into the classroom, neither educator did anything until LC stated they need to put child in their crib immediatley when child falls asleep. Also, a child was not touched while in crib from 9:35 am-9:57 am when child woke up from their nap.

During an unannounced QRIS visit on 03/12/25, LC Walker observed a child asleep in a seat when LC Walker arrived in the infant classroom. Both educators were sitting in rocking chairs and did not move child until LC Walker explained that if a child falls asleep in a seat they must be laid in their crib immediately. Also, another child was asleep in their crib from 9:35 am-9:57 am with no SIDS check from either educator.
