Summary of Complaint Investigation Visit The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations and complaint investigation. Technical Assistance Provided: 1. Contact TNPAL at 1-615-277-1688 or Support@tnpal.org regarding staff who are not linked to the agency in TNPAL and for staff whose trainings are not appearing in TNPAL. 2. Complete a change report in e-licensing monthly if needed to reflect new hires and staff who are no longer employed with agency. 3. A TAM referral will be requested by licensing consultant. 4. For new staff who have not completed all required trainings, they cannot be left alone with children. If any violations were received, details can be observed in the compliance details section of the visit along with corresponding corrective action plans.
