Upon interviewing the complainant and agency staff, the Licensing Consultant determined that on 4/14/2025, the agency did not inform the family that their child would be in the same classroom with the child that had bitten him on 4/10/2025. The agency had previously assured the family they would not be in the same classroom and that the parents would be contacted if it happened.
