Observation: Licensing Consultant observed children seated at the table eating lunch with the educator in the restroom assisting a child. There was no mealtime supervision observed. 1240-04-01-.11 SUPERVISION Corrective Action: The educator and director discussed proper direct mealtime supervision, its importance, and understanding licensing rules which prohibit performing other activities and classroom duties unrelated to food service during mealtime.
