During an unannounced visit LC Walker and Sanders observed sign in and out sheet that one child was not signed in with time and parent signature.

During an unannounced visit LC Walker and Sanders observed children eating a snack with educator did not know that they got the snack out of their cubby. Educator was walking between centers and back was to children and did not have knowledge of children getting the snack out of their cubby.
