Observation: The Program Evaluator observed the 3-4 year olds and the 4-5 year old classrooms combined with a ratio of 3:33. This is above the maximum grouping for this age group which is 2:22. 1240-04-01-.22 Specific Requirements for Child Care Centers. Corrective Action: When the Program Evaluator pointed out that this was over grouping the Director told the staff to split the classes and have one group go outside.
