During an unannounced visit on 10/25/23 one educator was attempting to watch 4 rooms with children in them throughout the center. One classroom had its door closed. The educator was not within sight and sound of all the children present. During an unannounced visit on 10/25/23 the agency was observed with 19 children in the building and only one educator present. During an unannounced visit on 10/25/23 the agency was observed to have 19 children ages 12 months-5 years in 4 seperate classrooms with only one educator present.

Summary of Monitoring Visit The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations. It also included a complaint investigation visit. Technical Assistance Provided: 1. TA was provided on grouping children during the first and last hour and a half of the day. 2. TA was provided regarding grouping toddlers with children over the age of 2.5 Violations were received and include: 1. Grouping infants with children over 30 months Correct Action Plan (CAP) will be completed. Violation details can be observed below.
