OBSERVATION: Logs were not signed by the bus drivers after completing walk-throughs of vehicle when arriving at the field trip destination. 1240-04-01-.17 TRANSPORTATION Corrective Action: A new transport log has been created specifically for field trips. This new document includes a designated signature space for the driver and monitor to sign-off stating that they have walked through the bus after each drop-off.

Director will also have an onsite redirection training with all staff.
