See Below for Detailed Information OBSERVATION: Educator got up from feeding an eleven (11) month old to conduct a SIDS check on sleeping baby while child was still eating. 1240-04-01-011 Supervision Corrective Action: Staff was explained the importance of sitting with children while eating and they are to call management for help if need be. OBSERVATION: Neither napkins nor spoons were given to the 12-19 month old classroom during breakfast at today’s visit. 1240-04-01-.13 Food and Food Service Corrective Action: Management explained to staff that all children that can feed themselves must be giving a napkin and spoon or fork at mealtime.
