Technical Assistance Provided: 1. LC and director discussed the agency's Action Plan, including that the agency was having new latches installed on the 3 gates closest to the front door. 2. LC discussed completing every line on incident reports. If any violations were received, details can be observed in the compliance details section of the visit along with corresponding corrective action plans. Observation: On 9/13/2019, Program Evaluator was interviewing an educator, the educator stated that a child had been moved from another classroom to her classroom due to behavioral issues. On 9/16/19, the director corroborated that the child had been moved to another class due to his regular educator having difficulty with him. 1240-04-01-.22 Specific Requirements for Child Care Centers Corrective Action: CCR&R training was requested and scheduled for 9/26/19. The agency will no longer move children to another class due to behavioral issues.
