Observation: While investigating complaint #27520, it was determined that a staff member moved her remaining children to another classroom at the end of the day, but she left one child, age 3 years 11 months, alone, unsupervised, sleeping on a couch in her classroom for approximately 11 minutes. 1240-04-01-.06 STAFF Corrective Action: Owners, directors, and primary educators shall be responsible for selecting qualified and capable staff, and the supervision, training, and evaluation and performance management of the staff.

Licensing Consultant discussed with each educator, using the sign in sheet and name to face each time children move from one location to another. Licensing Consultant made a referral to CCR&R to provide training for all agency staff regarding how to safely move children from one location to another.
