Observation: Program Evaluator observed that a diaper cream was stored in an open cubby at children’s level for a day in the 12-24 year old classroom. Items labeled keep out of reach of children should not be accessible to children. 1240-04-01-.12 Health and Safety Corrective Action: The diaper cream was moved to high shelf while PE was observing.
