OBSERVATION: At today’s visit a child did not have a blanket during naptime and due to this being the 2nd time for this classroom a violation was written. 1240-04-01-.14 Equipment for Children Corrective Action: Extra blankets and sheets will be put in all classrooms in case a child does not have one when they lay down for nap.
