Summary of Complaint Investigation and Safety Plan Serving Visit The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations and Complaint Investigation and Serving Safety Plans. Technical Assistance Provided 3/23/26: 1. LC provided TA to the provider on social emotional activities to implement in the classrooms to help children calm down and shared resources to be implemented. 2. LC provided TA to the provider on reviewing appropriate discipline and behavior management techniques for when children need extra support. 3. LC served the individual safety plan at the provider, and the employee is no longer employed as of 3/20/26.
