Technical Assistance Provided on 6/29/26 1. LC provided TA on children's names posted on cubbies with pictures. 2. LC provided TA on labeling toys/shelves. 3. LC provided TA to upload pictures of the playground and front of the building in the portal. 4. LC provided TA to complete a change report for a new start date on a set of expired finger prints for background check purposes. LC provided TA on several areas that include anchoring shelves, a corner piece on the counter that needs covered, anchor the slide outside, add lock under the deck so it closely all the way, Meal time supervision plan drawings, ratios in the classrooms, and add staff only sign for the door on the stairs downstairs. 2. LC provided TA on items that need uploaded in the provider portal. 3. LC provided TA that they will need to contact the LC when the items have been corrected to schedule a walk through.
