LC provided TA to the director to ensure she keeps documenting on site hours to ensure the 50% criteria is being met. 3. LC provided TA to ensure staff clean off shelves daily after the children leave. During the visit on October 9th, 2024, Childcare Licensing Consultant Lexi Casteel was investigating a complaint and found food previously fed out of the jar was not discarded and placed back in the fridge for the next feeding. Licensing Consultant Lexi Casteel also found breast milk that was not properly labeled with the child's name and the date it was received. During the visit on October 9th 2024, Childcare Licensing Consultant Lexi Casteel was investigating a complaint and found a staff member was excluded from work on September 9th, 2024. Licensing Consultant Lexi Casteel sent the provider notification via email on September 10th, 2024.
