See Below for Detailed Information Observation: A three year old child was left unsupervised for several minutes in the classroom when the educators and children went outside to play. 1240-04-01-.11 SUPERVISION. Corrective Action: The playground supervision plan was reviewed with the staff. A third roll call is being implemented prior to crossing the parking lot to the playground. These educators have been observed calling roll when leaving the playground and returning to the room, eye contact was made to ensure the children were present. Additional training is being required to reinforce the importance of supervision.
