Summary of Complaint # pcs1003866 Visit The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations and to invesigate complaint pcs 1003866. Technical Assistance Provided: 1. Discussed Meal time supervision and that teachers are not to be doing any other tasks while children are eating. 2. Discussed children must stay in their own classroom that they are assigned to and if being transitioned they must have transitioning plan and proof that parent has been informed ot this transition. 3.
