OBSERVATION: PE observed that there were ADHD medications located in the First Aid bag and not in lock box as required. 1240-04-01-.12 HEALTH AND SAFETY Plan Of Corrective Action: Agency purchased a lock box to store medications in and will make sure that all medications are locked up accordingly.
