Observation: During unannounced visit PE Hunter observed playground where toddlers and two year olds were playing. There were seven children on the far left playing and no caregiver could be seen. The three caregivers were together standing on the far right of the playground next to the swings. 1240-04-03-.06 Supervision Corrective Action: Agency states that they will reiterate with staff their supervision plan that states that each teacher should be in a station.
