All staff are now current on their fingerprints/background checks. Observation: Program Evaluator observed a child present that is from another school that is enrolled in the agency Fun Company but no file/record was present for the child. 1240-04-01-08: Record keeping Corrective Action: Agency will maintain all files for children at their agency and have those available for the department at any time.
