Observation: When entering I1 there were three sleeping babies with bibs on. One on the floor on her tummy, one in a bouncy and one in a swing, child was left unattended on the floor. 1240-04-01.-11 Supervision, 1240-04-01.12 Health and Safety, 1240-04-01-15 Program Corrective Action: I will do a behavior plan for both teach to ensure they do not allow any child to sleep anywhere but in the bed. Observation: In the T1 the now 12 month old had a blanket on him although an adult was sitting on the cot with him. We discussed this last month. At 11 mo. they are to be in a crib with no blanket, 12 mo. on a cot with no blanket, and 13 mo. on a cot with a blanket. 1240-04-01.11 Supervision Corrective Action: Director will make sure no blankets are used in any context in the room.
