Summary of a Complaint Investigation Visit The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations and Complaint Investigation. During the ratio check, LC observed one infant placed on its tummy on a boppy inside its pack-and-play. There was also a small mobile in the pack-and-play with the infant. Once the infant was removed, LC observed that the infant had a pacifier clip attached to its shirt. The Director will obtain information from CCR&R and schedule a safe sleep training for all staff.
