Summary of Complaint Investigation Visit The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations and complaint. If any violations were received, details can be observed in the compliance details section of the visit along with corresponding corrective action plans. Educator observed (2) photos showing an 11-month old infant in the crib with a blanket over her face, sleeping. LC observed video footage showing a child in the older infants room left inside without another educator for approximately 30 seconds. Educator stated she did not conduct name to face roll call when bringing the children in from the playground.
