The outdoor play equipment does not have sufficient resilient surfacing under and around some of the equipment. The owners are in the process of getting this completed though. (6) Safe Sleep Supervision Procedures. (a) Because of the possibility of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) and to prevent suffocation deaths in infants: 1. Infants shall sleep in cribs or play yards Observation: A two-month-old infant was asleep on a blanket on the floor. This infant did not have a crib to sleep in. In order to follow safe sleep procedures, infants shall sleep in cribs or play yards. A follow-up visit was made on 5-11-22. All safe sleep procedures were being followed during this visit. An infant was observed to fall asleep in a baby swing and was moved to his individual crib.
