The backpack containing the first aid kit was on a low bench outside when the children were outside playing. When LC commented on it the educator immediately put it on a high shelf.

LC Cindy Fox conducted an announced QRIS monitoring visit on 6.17.2025 and observed the educators line the children up to go inside from outside play. The educator said each child's name as they were crossing the threshold of the building, but did not again conduct roll call after entering the bathroom as a group immediately to ensure all children were still in the group.
