Observation: An accident occurred on Thursday evening and the parent notified the agency upon picking the child up that the child was going to seek medical attention. The agency did not notify the department of human services until Monday afternoon, after another state agency had contacted them about accident. 1240-04-01-.09 Incident Reporting “Due to the public health concerns with the COVID-19 virus, this response will be delayed. Staff will be following up with visit/request electronically. All information will be documented timely.” Agency will receive training by CCR&R in regards to incident reporting and supervision.
