Observation: One new staff who started working with children on 6.11.18 had not completed the required 2 hour, pre-service orientation. 1240-04-03.07 STAFF Plan of Corrective Action: Director is in the process of having new staff complete all required training before working in a classroom. She has also stated she has noted as a reminder to herself that the Before You Begin and Abusive Head Trauma trainings are required before staff start to work in a classroom. POCA completed today.
