See Below for Detailed Information Observation: During an announced visit on 6/14/2019, an Assessor observed an 11mo old infant put down for a nap and the educator did not touch him at the 15 minutes interval. 1240-04-01-.11 Supervision CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Continue to record the "SID sheets" daily to maintain the time the child was place in bed and the time the child was touched. A timer will be used to insure that the time is accurate.
