Summary of Complaint Visit The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations and [reason for visit— complaint. If any violations were received, details can be observed in the compliance details section of the visit along with corresponding corrective action plans. During a complaint visit LC Green discovered during the interview process with two educators and director that an incident did occur but an incident report was not completed until the following day. Incident reports should be documented and provided to the parent the same day of the incident. When incident requires medical attention more than first aid the incident should be reported in the portal the same day that it occured.
